Snap back to reality

 ..ope, there goes gravity!

So, here I am again, trying to sort out these thoughts that feel like static signals, blurred images, and slurred words.
I poured myself a glass of wine, just in case this helps

and I started writing

Not sure what I'm about to say, I'm just letting it all out.

All my crumpled thoughts, all the raw, unfiltered emotions

My friends, who also like to express themselves, but are too intimidated to give it a go, or too much of a perfectionist to let themselves get exposed and imperfect ask me how I write? What is my routine like? Do I make a diagram of what I am going to write and correct it again and again until I post it? Do I have ideas written on a pad somewhere beforehand? What about when I don't know what to write? Wouldn't it be best if I don't write rather than write something mediocre or average?

Uhm, no, Pookie! I don't...
I just write. And if it's bad, it's bad. But if it's good, it's awesome!

I'm usually like this when I start writing

I just make sure the dog has gone number two for the evening and she had her fair share of attention and playtime, till I sit down, and start writing.

You see, I had stopped myself so many times in the past, from writing and getting to express what I had suppressed all my life, so now, I feel like nothing's gonna stop me anymore.

As you realize that no one knows what they're doing, in writing and in life in general, you unlock the potential stored within yourself. Cause everything is trial and error, the same applies to writing. And all forms of art, in reality.

So try it! Go, on! Pour yourself into a piece of paper, share your thoughts with others, and let you explore this aspect of yourself.

There is only one rule; there are no rules.

Write on special occasions or every day.
Write when you have time, or make some time for writing.
Write when it's sunny, or no matter what the weather looks like.
Write. Just write.

Small essays, short poems, fiction or non... My yogi says 'Find what feels good' and I'll use her wise words in this too, I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and let it all out.
Even if it's garbage, you'll find your trash pandas who'd love to consume whatever you produce!!

Just, pick a comfortable corner, choose your poison, and let it out.

Thank me later!
